Where do you ship physical products like the PKLS to?

We currently only ship within Switzerland. At the same time, we are actively looking for European resellers. Please send inquiries to corinne@lebestark.ch.

Can I also pick up my order?

Yes, local pickup is possible. We recommend giving us a heads-up beforehand so that everything is ready for you. Please contact corinne@lebestark.ch.

What are the pick-up times?

Monday to Friday: 09:30 AM – 11:45 AM and 04:45 PM – 07:45 PM. Pick-up location: Deo Volente AG, c/o Lebe Stark, Weinfelderstrasse 23, 8580 Amriswil, Switzerland.

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive a tracking number after shipment. You can track your package directly on the Swiss Post website (post.ch) or DHL Express (dhl.com) using your tracking number.

Which shipping providers does Lebe Stark use?

We ship with Swiss Post and DHL Express.

How does a return work?

Physical products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided the goods are in unused and perfect condition – including original packaging and proof of purchase. Returns must be registered in advance by email to corinne@lebestark.ch. Returns without prior inquiry will not be accepted. The return address is: Deo Volente AG, c/o Lebe Stark, Weinfelderstrasse 23, 8580 Amriswil, Switzerland.

Who pays for return shipping?

The return costs are generally borne by the buyer. In the event of a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered product (DOA – Dead on Arrival), Lebe Stark will cover the return costs and provide a replacement.

What is excluded from returns?

Seminars, tickets, and live events can only be canceled and refunded within 24 hours of booking. After these 24 hours, all bookings are considered binding and non-refundable. Lebe Stark works with limited capacities and personal support, and each booking deliberately reserves a spot in the system.

How long does a refund take?

After receipt and inspection of the return, if approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Additional delays may occur depending on your bank or credit card provider. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact corinne@lebestark.ch.

Do different cancellation policies apply to digital products and events?

Yes. Digital products (e-books, courses, bundles) can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase – after which a refund is excluded. Seminars, tickets and live events can only be cancelled within 24 hours of booking. After that, all bookings are considered binding. In case of illness (with a doctor's certificate) or proven family emergency, Lebe Stark reserves the right to an individual review.

Where will it be shipped to?

Physical products are shipped exclusively within Switzerland.
